- ➤ A proposal to build 329 single-family homes in Silver Springs Shores (Fawn Lake Estates) is set for review by the Marion County Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, Dec. 29. County staff cited transportation concerns and a Board hearing is scheduled Jan. 20 after a traffic study. Ocala-News
