Ronald Wallace Jones Sr. passed away peacefully on October 20th in Ocala—he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and community leader known for his love of sports and tireless work with local youth.

He leaves behind a legacy of service and is survived by three children and many grandchildren.

On Saturday, Nov. 1st, at the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion in Ocala, 7th grader Elle Pittman (12) dressed as a giant chili pepper and handed out chili samples at the 44th Annual Marion County Chili Cook-Off to raise funds for The Cornerstone School.
