- ➤ At around 2:35 a.m. on Saturday, a fatal accident occurred when a 28-year-old Belleview woman veered off State Road 35 and SE 102nd Place Road and struck a large tree—ejecting a 27-year-old Ocala passenger who was not wearing his seatbelt; the woman was later arrested on a DUI manslaughter charge and suffered only minor injuries.
