- ➤ Parents of a 5th grader who died by suicide two years ago are suing the Marion County School Board for over $100,000, saying teacher Donna Marie White—accused of repeatedly bullying him at Legacy Elementary—ignored the parents' complaints before her contract was not renewed for the 2023-2024 school year.
