Join us for a dynamic event celebrating National GIS Day on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 12-2 p.m. on the Ocala Campus at the Stearns Learning Resource Center (Building 3). Dive into the powerful technology of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Learn how GIS is the critical tool behind some of the fastest-growing industries today!

• Discover Diverse Careers : See exactly where a GIS background can take you — from Engineering, Computer Science, and Emergency Management to the cutting edge of Precision Agriculture.

• Meet Key Employers : Network directly with professionals from the City of Ocala, Marion County Board of County Commissioners, Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, and more.

• Gain Insight : Participate in interactive demonstrations and understand how to apply geospatial skills to solve real-world problems.
